Panta Rei, a Venetian company active in service development, is pleased to introduce Ca’ Annelise Business Lounge: elegant lounges for business meetings, conferences, congresses and events.
Thanks to the co-operation with the architects Canton-D’Este and the constructors Omniedil and Sima Impianti, Panta Rei has skillfully renovated the XVI century palace, the only palace with direct access both from Piazzale Roma and Grand Canal, creating a classy venue, multifunctional, elegant and equipped with state-of-the-art technological devices: the ideal venue for business meetings.
The rooms are situated on two floors for a total of approx. 620 sqm. There are 11 rooms among which two sitting rooms (one dedicated to press/interview room with recording display) and a multifunctional congress room for 50 people. Rooms capacity varies from 2 to 12/14 persons and all can be booked as from a minimum of two hours up to the whole day.
Equipment includes LCD screens, wi-fi and satellite connection and video-conference system.
The central position is definitely a plus:
- Via road: access from Piazzale Roma and an agreement with the Garage Comunale (indoor parking place) ensure fast access and easy parking: main buses stop in Piazzale Roma; the new people mover will be arriving a few steps away;
- Via sea: main ACTV(public boats service) lines stop is literally a couple of steps away;
- Via rail: thanks to the Calatrava bridge the station is only a couple of minutes away.
The versatility of the venue allows to arrange small and great events in Venice island with the advantages of mainland Venice (car parking and direct arrival from anywhere).
